As you see on pictures if I was a new player to this server, I would be scared of him that I am going to be punished by him and end up give him the money because he is a Moderator. Lastly, you are not an active player on this server and you didn't do the Moderator job such as detecting hacker, and I have to tell you to kick him out if  you could remember it. I think you need to improve on what you do as a Moderator before going to the next grade.

I would say NO if I it count as a vote.
