Tolol means "Stupid" or "Dumb" in Indonesian. Also the supporter probably using 'Police' job to arrest him. I can't accuse anyone because lack of proof

Yeah. Maybe he was a Police. Used Elite to arrest, but it only takes a few seconds then you're free.
