Voucher System

I've thought of something cool for people to be active in our forum.

Voucher Codes which you can give every Sundays so players will be active in the forum.

Example:

Code - VCXR0L3 (Contains 150k)

You can make Voucher Codes by typing !code <codename> <ammount>
Then players can use !code <codename> then they'll get the money you set.

Player's can abuse this fuction create news acc's and tranfer money :/

Umm.. One code per person. If you used it it's gone. LOL

Well first come, first server. If he/she got it all. Why not? He/she is active enough to earn the codes.

I can't find a way to do it without restarting the server to apply the new code.

Rejected unless I'll waste hours for this idea.
