Idea for new command

Add command !me <text>
Bonus: if in text use "player id in []" will saying name
The text will speak on 3rd person.
This command will be good for RP server.

Examples !me:
What i write "!me pulled from his bag chocolate,unpacked it,and ate.", what saying in chat
"Angelelus pulled from his bag chocolate,unpacked it,and ate."
What i write "!me passed a note to the player [1].",what saying in chat "Angelelus passed a note to the player "Here Nickname" ."

Add Rule "[Mute]Dont use command !me no in purpose RP"

I can't find any use for that.
